What we store

Account email, team rosters (emails & names you provide), and your weekly 5-15 reports — both the original email body and the normalized markdown. Briefings, themes, and commitments are derived from those reports.

Who can see your reports

Always: you and your team manager. Peers see each other's reports only when peer visibility is set to open (your team can flip this to manager-only). Briefings are team-private — share links require login.

AI processing

Email bodies and report content are sent to Anthropic Claude (via OpenRouter) to fit them into your template, extract commitments, detect cross-team themes, and assemble the weekly briefing. We don't use your content for training. Anthropic's policy applies to data they receive.

Inbound email

Email sent to brief.basenull.com addresses is processed by Resend Inbound. We retain the raw body for audit; you can delete a report any time.

Data retention

Free tier: rolling 12 weeks. Team: until you delete or cancel. Enterprise: configurable.
